How long does it take for my products to ship?

Please note that COVID-19 has resulted in our delivery timelines being longer than usual. Shipments may experience delays of 7 to 14 days. Delays are the result of both limited air transportation and changes in the way Postal Operators deliver. We appreciate your understanding. 

1. Orders $90 CAD or more qualify for free shipping
2. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post
3. Delivery Time: processing time (1-2 business days) + shipping time
4. Once your product has shipped, please allow approximately 5-8 business days for delivery within North America, 8 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, please contact info@itanditself.com for assistance.

How can I track my order?

If you select the shipping method with the tracking number, once out of our warehouse, an automated email will be sent to you with the tracking number and link to the carrier. If you select the shipping method without tracking, you will be unable to track the parcel, unfortunately. Please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. 

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it? What do I do?

We advise checking in with everyone at the residence, leasing/management office, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us strictly via email at info@itanditself.com for the fastest response. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us via info@itanditself.com. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.

I put in the wrong shipping address…how do I fix it?

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability. We suggest calling the carrier and having the package rerouted as it is no longer in our facilities.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order via any of the following methods: it&itself is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply search for your product and click add to cart. Create an account login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

What information do I need to provide to make an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:

  • Your shipping, order information & billing address.
  • Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
  • Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.
Should I expect delays when ordering?

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

Let us know…ASAP! You can reach us fastest by directly e-mailing: info@itanditself.com. We answer inquiries in the order they are made and changes cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure all order information is correct prior to confirming the order. If the warehouse has already assigned a tracking number to your order we are unable to make any changes. 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

When a customer checks out, they can choose to pay for their order using any of the methods that we accept: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac and Discover card.

What currency are your prices listed in?

For instance, all prices are quoted in CAD unless you are located in United states, where prices are listed in USD, the currency will automatically change from CAD to USD.

Return

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you contact us for a return within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund your full purchase after you return the products. For both return and exchanges, you will be responsible to pay the shipping fee. Please make sure that the products are not washed, damaged or show signs of wear. 

Where will my refund go?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Can I refund sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

What is your exchanges policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@itanditself.com
