IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that COVID-19 has resulted in our delivery timelines being longer than usual. Shipments may experience delays of 7 to 14 days. Delays are the result of both limited air transportation and changes in the way Postal Operators deliver. We appreciate your understanding.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they ship. During Holidays processing times may take up to 5 days. You will receive a shipping notification (to the e-mail address entered on your order) that will notify you of the shipping carrier and your tracking information. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies.
All international orders come with international free tracked shipping.
SHIPPING TIME
Your products will be with you in 1-7 business days, if you are in Canada; 5-8 days if you are in the US; and 8-15 days in other countries. Please allow 5-10 additional days for distant locations or during holiday or busy seasons. Please email us at info@itanditself.com for more information.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Although we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. we always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected. This may delay the estimated delivery time
REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS
Although unlikely, it is possible that items can be lost/damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, these things happen through no fault of our own but if you contact us we will replace the item free of charge as we are covered to do so.
You are responsible for inputting your address correctly in full English - we will not be held responsible if you have not correctly done this. A civic address consists of a street number, street name, municipality name, province code and postal code. It may also contain any of apartment or unit number, street number suffix, street type or street direction. In the case of the street served by route a rural route type description and number will also form part of the address.
